AvenuesAI Limited is strategically acquiring stakes in two companies: a 7% interest in Online PSB Loans Limited (OPL) for up to ₹65 Cr, aimed at enhancing its digital credit infrastructure, and up to a 2.5% stake in Ratnaafin Capital Private Limited for up to ₹66 Cr, signaling entry into the NBFC space for lending distribution.

Additionally, AvenuesAI is acquiring the remaining 9.9% of Nueromind Technologies Private Limited for up to ₹1.25 Cr, making it a wholly owned subsidiary, strengthening its AI capabilities.
