Rubicon Research has announced a board meeting where the Board of Directors approved the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The Board also put forward a dividend proposal of INR 1.50 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This dividend will be paid within 30 days of member approval at the AGM, offering a direct benefit to shareholders.
