Ishwarshakti Holdings & Traders has announced its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 30, 2026, at its Mumbai registered office.

Shareholders will consider business outlined in the AGM Notice.

The company has dispatched the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 and the AGM Notice.

For the AGM, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will close from September 24 to September 30, 2026. Remote e-voting will be available from September 26 to September 29, 2026, with a cut-off date of September 23, 2026, for eligible voters.
