Signet Industries Limited has announced a board meeting on September 5, 2026, to consider and approve the Board's Report for FY 2025-26 and adopt the Secretarial Audit Report.

The company has fixed September 23, 2026, as the record date for determining member eligibility for e-voting at the 41st AGM and for entitlement to the final dividend for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval.
