VJTF Eduservices Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the Board's Report for FY 2025-26 and the notice for the 41st Annual General Meeting.

The company also approved the closure of its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books for the AGM.

Additionally, the board clarified a typographical error regarding the resignation of a director, confirming it is Mr. Vishal Jaikishan Panjabi, whose second term as an Independent Director concludes on September 29, 2026. An appointment of a scrutinizer for the AGM voting process was also approved.
