Company Update

Broach Lifecare Hospital has announced a board meeting where they will approve the Directors' Report for the financial year 2025-26. The board also approved the appointment of M/s. RAHUL S. MITHAIWALA & CO. as the company's Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.

Additionally, the meeting set the date for the Annual General Meeting and established a cut-off date for electronic voting eligibility.

NSDL has been appointed to facilitate e-voting for the upcoming AGM.
