Encode Packaging India Limited has announced a board meeting.

The board took note that Mr. Umeshbhai Rasiklal Gor, a Non-Executive Independent Director, has completed his term and ceased to be a director.

Additionally, the board approved the 31st Annual Report, fixed the date, time, and place for the 31st Annual General Meeting, and approved the book closure dates for the AGM.
