RLF Limited has announced book closure for its 46th Annual General Meeting.

The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 24th to September 30th, with September 23rd set as the Record Date.

Shareholders will have the option to vote remotely via e-voting from September 27th to September 29th.
