Neelkanth Rock-Minerals has announced a board meeting.

The Board has approved the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and the Directors Report, which will be part of the Annual Report.

Shareholders will vote on the Annual Report at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The company has also set a record date for determining shareholder entitlements to the Annual Report and will close its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books for the AGM.
