Roni Households Limited has announced a board meeting.

The board approved the draft Directors' Report for FY2025-26 and decided to convene the 9th Annual General Meeting.

Shareholders will be asked to approve the re-appointment of M/s. D G M S & Co. as Statutory Auditors for a second five-year term and the appointment of M/s. Rajendra Kapase & Associates as Secretarial Auditors.

Additionally, the board approved remuneration payment for the Chairman and Managing Director.
