The company has announced a board meeting where the Director's Report for the fiscal year ending March 31st, 2026, was approved.

Additionally, the board greenlit the appointment of M/s. Ramesh Chandra Bagdi & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for FY 2026-27. They also approved M/s. SCLJ & Associates as the Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy, subject to shareholder approval.

The 32nd Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 29th, 2026.
