This appointment is to fill the vacancy left by the previous incumbent.

Ms. Jain is a qualified Company Secretary with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

She will be responsible for overseeing the company's compliance with various laws and regulations.
