Company Update

Hasti Finance Limited's Board has approved the notice for the 32nd Annual General Meeting and the Director's Report for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Nitin Prabhudas Somani will be re-appointed as Managing Director for five years.

The board has also appointed M/s. Deepika Mishra & Associates as scrutineers for the e-voting process at the upcoming AGM.
