Indian Infotech and Software Limited has announced a board meeting where key decisions were made.

The company approved the appointment of Heneel Shah & Associates as its Internal Auditor for three financial years.

Additionally, M/s. SSRV and Associates will be proposed as the new Statutory Auditor for a five-year term.

The board also approved an increase in the company's borrowing limit to Rs. 500 crore and a material related party transaction limit of up to Rs. 250 crore, both subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Yatin Vilas Chaphekar's appointment as an Independent Director was also approved.
