Envirotech Systems' board has greenlit the notice for its 19th AGM.

They've also approved the annual report, appointed M/s. HCO & Co. as statutory auditors and M/s. Preksha Dawet and Associates as secretarial auditors.

Mr. Manoj Kumar Gupta is set to become Managing Director.
