No. 26078), as Secretarial Auditors of the Company w.e.f 5th September, 2026 for a first term of 5 (five) consecutive financial years commencing from FY 2026-27 till FY 2030-31, subject to approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
