Royal Sense Limited is holding its 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to discuss company matters.

The register of members and share transfer books will be closed for a period to facilitate this meeting.

Shareholders will also have the option to cast their votes remotely through an e-voting facility.

This process allows investors to participate in decision-making even if they cannot attend the meeting in person.
