NAM Securities has announced its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on September 30, 2026. The company's Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 24 to September 30, inclusive, for the purpose of this AGM.

Shareholders will be able to cast their votes electronically, with a cut-off date of September 23 for eligibility and an e-voting period from September 27 to September 29.
