Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited has received the resignation of Ms. Mansi Jayendra Bhatt from her position as Non-Executive Independent Director.

She cited personal commitments and increased professional engagements as reasons for stepping down, indicating she would not be able to dedicate sufficient time going forward.

Ms. Bhatt confirmed no other material reasons exist for her resignation.
