Decipher Labs Limited has announced a board meeting where they approved the appointment of M/s. Ramanatham & Rao as Statutory Auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval.

They also appointed Mr. Sushant Mohan Lal as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. The board noted the resignation of Mrs. Lakshmi Vijaya Nimmala as Independent Director and approved a re-constitution of Board Committees.

The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 30, 2026.
