Adiine Chem Lab Limited has announced its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually.

Members will have the option to participate via video conferencing or other audio-visual means.

The company is offering remote e-voting facility for all businesses set out in the AGM notice, with the cut-off date for remote e-voting being September 21, 2026. E-voting will commence on September 25, 2026, and conclude on September 27, 2026.
