Oscar Global Limited has announced a board meeting where it approved the notice for its 35th Annual General Meeting and set a record date for e-voting.

The company also plans to appoint M/s Ramesh Chandra Bagdi & Associates as its Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.

Additionally, M/s Ramesh Chandra Bagdi, Company Secretaries, will be appointed as a scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
