ASAHI SONGWON COLORS LTD has fixed September 23, 2026, as the record date to determine shareholder eligibility for its final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share (15% of face value Rs. 10) for FY2026. This dividend payout is subject to member approval at the upcoming AGM.
