Dhyaani Tradeventtures Limited has announced a board meeting where key decisions were made.

The company approved the Director's Report and the notice for its 12th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 28. Mr. Chintan Nayan Bhai Rajyaguru's re-appointment as Managing Director for five years was approved, subject to shareholder consent.

Additionally, the board agreed to increase overall managerial remuneration for directors and specifically for Mr. Rajyaguru.

The appointment of M/s. Shalini Pandey & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY26-27 was also approved.
