Sudarshan Pharma Industries has announced a board meeting to approve the acquisition of 9.50% of MedTherapy Biotechnology Inc. for US Dollars.

This move aims to establish a presence in the US market, gain access to their customer base and distribution network, and expand into new products and services.

The acquisition is expected to be completed by March 31, 2027. Promoters Hemal Mehta and Sachin Mehta will also individually acquire 1.50% stakes in MedTherapy Biotechnology.
