Loyal Equipments Limited has announced a board meeting where the resignation of its secretarial auditor, MSV & Associates, was noted.

M/s. Mittal V. Kothari & Associates has been proposed as the new secretarial auditor, subject to member approval at the upcoming AGM.

The company also approved the draft notice and directors' report for the AGM, scheduled to be held via video conference, along with the appointment of a scrutinizer and NSDL as the e-voting agency.
