Patawari & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 324476E) as Statutory Auditor of the Company for a term of five consecutive years from the conclusion of 22nd Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of 27th Annual General Meeting to be held in the year 2031 subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
