Annvrridhhi Ventures Limited has announced a board meeting where Ms. Mini Kumar was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director.

Ms. Kumar brings over 28 years of experience in banking and financial services, including significant roles at IDBI Bank and ICICI Bank.

This appointment is expected to strengthen the company's board with her expertise in transaction banking, trade finance, and corporate banking.

She is not related to any existing director and is not debarred from holding a directorship.
