Welterman International has announced the closure of its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books for a seven-day period leading up to the company's 34th Annual General Meeting.

This meeting is scheduled to be held towards the end of the month via Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual means.

The book closure is an important procedural step for determining shareholder eligibility and records for the upcoming AGM.
