Kati Patang Lifestyle Limited has called its upcoming annual meeting to present the financial accounts and the reports of the auditors and directors.

Shareholders will vote on the reappointment of a director retiring by rotation and consider material related party transactions, including unsecured loans, equity investments, and financial arrangements up to 10 Crore each with entities such as Empyrean Spirits Pvt Ltd, Agnetta International Pvt Ltd, and Kati Patang Ltd. Additionally, the meeting will address the resignation of Mr. Gokul Naresh Tandan as Chairperson, while he continues his role as Managing Director, and the appointment of Mr. Sanjay Kumar Jain as the new Chairperson for a five-year term.
