Rockingdeals Circular Economy approved the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 and scheduled its 24th Annual General Meeting for September 29, 2026. The board also appointed a scrutinizer for remote e-voting, fixed the voting cut-off date, and greenlit related party transactions for the upcoming financial year.
