Aten Papers & Foam has announced major board and leadership changes, including the appointment of M/s. Alvi & Associates as new statutory auditors for a five-year term and the induction of Mr. Raghav Jobanputra as an independent director following the resignation of Mr. Premaram Jaitaram Patel.

Additionally, the company approved the re-appointment of Mr. Mohamedarif Mohamedibrahim Lakhani as Managing Director for another three years and reconstituted its key committees.
