Shri Ram Switchgears executed its NCLT resolution plan, cancelling existing promoter shares and reducing public shareholding to 5%. Alaknanda Consultancy infused ₹0.48 Cr to acquire a 95% stake and control as the new promoter.

The board also appointed four new directors.
