Gautam Gems Ltd has called its annual general meeting for shareholders to review and adopt the standalone financial statements for the year ending March 31, 2026, alongside reports from the board and statutory auditors.

Shareholders will also vote on the re-appointment of Mrs. Nidhi Gautam Sheth as a whole-time director retiring by rotation and consider appointing M/s Madhav Upadhyay and Associates as secretarial auditors for a five-year term.

The company has dispatched its integrated annual report electronically and enabled electronic voting facilities for eligible members to cast votes on these resolutions ahead of the main proceedings.
