Gujarat Inject Kerala Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s. S N D K & Associates LLP as its new statutory auditor.

This appointment comes as the second term of the previous auditor, M/s. S. Mandawat & Co., is expiring at the upcoming annual general meeting.

The incoming audit firm will serve for a term of five consecutive financial years, bringing their expertise in assurance, taxation, and advisory services to support the company's financial compliance and governance standards.
