Record Date

Remus Pharmaceuticals has fixed Tuesday, September 22, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility to receive a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share (face value Rs. 10 each) for the financial year 2025-26. If approved at the upcoming AGM, the payout will be distributed within 30 days.
