Qualitek Labs Ltd has withdrawn Item No. 4 from its upcoming annual general meeting notice, which previously proposed increasing the overall managerial remuneration limit from 28% to 35% of the company's net profits.

Consequently, this proposal will not be discussed or voted upon, and the existing managerial remuneration limit approved at the previous annual general meeting will continue to remain in force.

The company will issue a corrigendum to shareholders regarding this update.

All other business items scheduled for the meeting remain unchanged.

This decision keeps executive remuneration caps steady for now.
