Ashiana Housing has proposed a final dividend of ₹1.50 per share (₹15.07 Cr) and confirmed an interim dividend of ₹1.00 per share (₹10.05 Cr). The company has also proposed increasing executive remuneration, including higher salaries for the Managing Director and Joint Managing Director, alongside leadership re-appointments.
