The company has dispatched the meeting notice and annual report electronically to eligible shareholders.

Furthermore, the company has arranged a remote e-voting facility through NSDL, allowing members to cast their votes electronically ahead of the meeting, alongside participation and voting options during the proceedings for those attending virtually.
