Raconteur Global Resources Ltd has successfully allotted 47,49,999 equity shares to public investors following the conversion of share warrants at an issue price of Rs. 14 each, bringing in a balance amount of Rs. 4.98 Crore.

This capital injection raises the company's total paid-up capital to Rs. 18.02 Crore, consisting of over 1.80 crore shares.

With this final conversion, there are no remaining warrants pending.
