The company has also reconstituted its Audit Committee, appointing Ritu Tiwari as Chairperson alongside members Gunjan Mittal and Megha Panchal.

To fill a casual vacancy, Jyoti Harpalani & Associates has been appointed as statutory auditor until the upcoming annual meeting, followed by a proposed five-year term spanning financial years 2026-31, pending shareholder approval.

Additionally, Jay Pandya & Associates has been proposed as secretarial auditor for a five-year term covering the same period.

The company also finalized plans to convene its annual general meeting.
