Maxvolt Energy Industries Limited has entered into a loan agreement to extend an unsecured loan of up to Rs. 0.30 Crore to its subsidiary, Maxvolt Reearth Private Limited, for general corporate needs at a maximum interest rate of 12% over a 10-year tenor.
