Outcome of Board Meeting

Synoptics Technologies approved its Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 and scheduled its 18th Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2026. Additionally, the company appointed new internal auditors and a secretarial auditor for the upcoming financial year.
