RO Jewels Ltd has appointed M/s P H Shah and Co., Chartered Accountants, as its new statutory auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years, covering the period from 2026-27 to 2030-31. This appointment is subject to the approval of shareholders at the upcoming annual general meeting.

The incoming audit firm, established in 1996 with offices in Gujarat, brings extensive expertise in audit, assurance, taxation, and corporate advisory services.
