Shree Securities Ltd has announced a board meeting on the approval of a scheme for the reduction and consolidation of share capital, alongside advancing loans, providing guarantees, and increasing investment thresholds.

The company also updated its foreign portfolio investment limits up to 49% and appointed Mr. Udayan S Kachchhy as an additional non-executive independent director.

Additionally, the board proposed M/s. Sunit M. Chhatbar & Co. as the new statutory auditor for a five-year term and called the annual general meeting to secure shareholder approval for these strategic corporate actions.
