MosChip Technologies Limited has received a clarification regarding the Supreme Court judgment impacting its proposed acquisition of a 73 percent stake in Vayavya Labs Private Limited.

While the court modified previous status quo restrictions subject to respondents furnishing an additional security of 200 Crore Cr, the company confirmed that the judgment debtor will handle this requirement.

Consequently, this legal development creates zero financial or operational burden for the company, ensuring business continuity remains uninterrupted as stakeholders await the final resolution of the acquisition process.
