Everest Kanto Cylinder has fixed Friday, September 18, 2026, as the record date to determine shareholders eligible to receive a proposed dividend of 35% (₹0.70 per share of ₹2 each) for FY 2025-26, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming 47th AGM.

If declared, the payout will be processed on or after October 5, 2026.
