Confidence Petroleum India Limited has fixed September 23, 2026, as the record date and cut-off date for its upcoming 32nd Annual General Meeting and for determining shareholders' eligibility to receive the proposed dividend, as well as for casting votes via the e-voting facility.

Additionally, the company's share transfer books will remain closed from September 24, 2026, through September 30, 2026, for the AGM.
