Superior Finlease Ltd has initiated steps to appoint a new statutory auditor as the current term expires soon and is seeking an extension from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs to hold its upcoming annual general meeting.

To strengthen governance, the company has appointed Mr. Gaurav Vashist as internal auditor for the financial year and designated M/s. Ranjan Jha & Associates as scrutinizer for remote e-voting.
