Avanti Feeds Limited has acquired a 10% stake through a share subscription at a par value of 1 USD per share in the newly incorporated entity, Thai Union Feedmill Ecuador S.A.S., to expand its global aquaculture feed manufacturing and distribution footprint in South America.
